I’m Briar! I am 24 years old, from Chicago. I’m transmasc and use he / him pronouns. I do commissions as a full time job to support myself and my roommate!

WHAT DO YOU DO?

I make graphics for the Tumblr RPC! This includes themes, icons, promotional banners, headers, and more! I’ve been making graphics for nine years and doing commissions full time for six years now!

I am currently accepting via waitlist. This means wait times will be a little longer than normal. I try my hardest to work as fast as possible, and I’ll keep you updated during the entire process for quality assurance, time updates, and any questions you might have along the way!

I accept payment only through Paypal Invoices, Venmo, & CashApp! All prices are in USD. Paypal does not require an account and allows for a guest check out. For Venmo & Cashapp, receipts will be provided.I require credit for all items commissioned. It helps my business continue to grow and it is greatly appreciated! For promos, please credit somewhere in the caption!

My work is not meant to be copied, duplicated, used as a template/guideline. This especially applies to carrds and themes.

If you've commissioned me previously and wish to commission again, please do not send in forms without talking to me first!

I reserve the right to deny blogs that write or contain problematic and harmful topics. This includes, but is not limited to: racism, bigotry, rape, incest, etc. Messages from blogs wishing to commission that contain any of these topics will be ignored and blacklisted.

DO I GET TO KEEP ANY PSDS?

.I do not provide or sell any commission PSDs. .However, I do keep the PSDs for every commission I do, and I offer lifetime updating! That way, if you ever need anything updated or adjusted, or you decide to commission other items for the same blog - you'll have full consistency in the items and PSD!

Because of this, I offer lifetime updating! Small tweaks are 100% free, while larger updates require a fee.Please read about my updating policy in full in the designated tab linked below.

cancellation policy?

If at any time you no longer want the products you’re ordering, please message me immediately and let me know. I completely understand things come up and plans change.As funds are not required upfront, I reserve the right to cancel or turn down any commission for any reason at any time.If I message you with questions/previews/etc and do not hear back, after two weeks, I consider the commission dropped.If a commission is to be cancelled, I will contact you immediately.

GHOSTING POLICY: if we fully finish a commission (i.e. the items have been finished, approved by the client, and an invoice is sent) and I do not receive payment or any communication about payment/the commission in question within 30 days, I consider the commission to be ghosted.You will be ineligible to start another commission until the ghosted commission's invoice is paid.

ANY RULES?

I’m not comfortable with the code/theme being changed or refused to fit a different character for yours.The above statement also applies to Carrds. Please do not duplicate and re-skin a commissioned carrd for another blog, especially when not giving credit for the original work.If you need something updated, please don’t hesitate to come ask me! I’d be happy to do it! This is my full time job, I'm here and happy to help!I reserve the right to deny blogs that write problematic and harmful topics. I also reserve the right to deny commissions using known problematic face-claims, regardless of canon status. I try to comb blogs before accepting commissions, and will ignoring those with said topics on their blogs. If there are any concerns about a fandom or FC I've done a commission for, please let me know!Blogs with problematic content or actions that I missed or that began after accepting/completing previous commissions will also be ignored and blacklisted from commissioning. This is including, but not limited to: racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, rape, etc.

WHAT'S THE GENERAL START TO FINISH COMMISSION EXPERIENCE LIKE?

If you know specifically what you’d like done, you can let me know right up front! Or if you have any questions specifically, I can answer all of those right away and clear up any confusion! I’ll also have a couple questions of my own to ask you.I would then give you the appropriate forms for the items you’re interested in getting! The forms are not long; they mainly ask about quotes, colors, any images you may want, etc. You can be as specific or not specific as you like; it’s mainly so I have a general guideline of what you’re looking for!From there, I’d aim to complete the items within the time frame given. Once I’m done and you’re 100% happy with all the items presented in the preview, I would give you the appropriate means to pay!From there, the items are yours! I’ll double check over everything once you’ve put them live, make sure I didn’t miss any typos or errors, etc. We make sure it’s 100% to your liking, that’s what’s important!

HOW DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT?

.I take payment primarily supported through Paypal, but I also take Venmo and Cashapp! .I provide an invoice when we’re finished, detailing everything you purchased and the price. My invoice system allows you to pay with either Paypal or a card of your choice! I at least take payment before I send you the finished, approved-by-client product.

If you wish to pay immediately or any time while the commission is in progress, that is completely up to you!If for some reason the commission has to be cancelled after you have already paid, you will be refunded immediately via the same method of payment.

I’ve commissioned from you before. Can I send in a form at any time to get a new commission?

Absolutely not. If you have commissioned from me previously and would like to do so again, you still need to message me first and discuss the commission beforehand!

DO YOU REQUIRE CREDIT?

I require credit for all items! Somewhere within the blog's rules would be incredibly appreciated.For promos, somewhere on the post would be greatly appreciated!Please only use he/him pronouns in regards to me.

I LOST THE LINK TO MY GRAPHICS DOWNLOAD OR THEME. DO YOU STILL HAVE IT?

Yes! I keep the downloads and links for everything I make. If you ever lose the items and need to redownload them, simply ask!If for some reason I lose or accidentally delete the items, and you need them or need an update, I will do an entirely new commission for free to make up for the inconvenience.

Value is calculated by the price of items and all potential add-ons included in said pack.

• Dash icons are made in packs of 5 to 15, allowing for a range of FC and related aesthetic images and symbols. Dash icon packs are $5, and are not individually sold. They can only be purchased in addition to one other item.

CARRDS

Fully Customized Carrd — $20 to $35

• Custom Carrd prices depend on desired complexity of the carrd and amount of info that needs to be plugged in.• Carrds featuring a lot of information or multi-muse info will require an additional $5 to $15 fee to cover additional work time. Please don't hesitate to ask for a price quote ahead of time!

Carrd Graphics — $10 for a set of up to 10 images, ranging from small, medium, and large in size.

• Singular graphics or sets of more than 10 images can be offered priced accordingly upon request!

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR
CARRD COMMISSIONS

When commissioning a fully customized Carrd, you must have a pro plan Carrd account. I have to be able to send you the finished work via Carrd's transfer system. The transfer system is a perk of any paid plan on Carrd. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I am not able to accommodate around this anymore.

Packs over 200 are happily accepted! Primary factor in accepting larger packs is available resources that allow for the desires quantity of icons. My max pack in one commission size is currently 1,000, but I'm happy to do multiple sessions!

MINIMALIST THEMES

Regular — $20

• I am not currently offering pop-ups for minimalist themes, until I do an overhaul of my minimalist base code. I apologize for any inconvenience!

SMALL TWEAKS THAT ARE FREE OF CHARGE:

• Updating a URL
• Updating a quote
• Updating promo / theme info
• Fixing typos
• Fixing Tumblr glitches / etc
• Requesting new / more post banners
• Updating simple pop up info

LARGER UPDATES THAT REQUIRE A FEE:

• Updating large parts of the theme code or pop up images
• Changing font design on graphics
• Updating large amounts of pop up info

There are also certain things that I do not see as merely tweaking a product. These do not fall under updating and would require you to submit a new commission request. Things such as:

• Updating the entire PSD on a theme / graphic
• Updating base images
• Updating images to reflect a new FC
• Updating large parts of the commission's aesthetic
• Switching the character on an already completed commission.

What is the fee to update?

The fee to update ranges between $10 to $15, depending on how much work it is. Most fees will be on the lower end.

How long will it take to receive an updated commission?

24 to 48 hours!

Why do you require a fee for some updates?

Larger updates such as redoing parts of backgrounds and codes is time consuming. It usually requires me to redo and redesign a good portion of already made work.Updates like these take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, if not longer, depending on what the client is asking for. This fee is to help cover that work and time.

Why won’t you change just a PSD or an image?

I’m very particular in how I build my graphics. I pick images based off how I know a PSD will work on it, and vice versa. For my work, it’s not as simple as replacing an image or swapping out a PSD. I would need to start again from scratch, now with new said colors and/or images in mind. It’s just how I work.
